As a psychologist, I applaud that banner!!! It's much more important than a gold medal, which, of course, she has many of already. She's the GOAT and that's confirmed by her decision to do what's right and healthy for her in spite of the armchair critics sending hate her way. She knew that not being on her game mentally could cause her to make a fatal or life-altering mistake while twisting in the air. It makes me think of the rhetorical question my parents used to ask me, "Would you jump off the Brooklyn Bridge just because everyone else was doing it?" and in this case, "just because the world is expecting you to?" Expectations are powerful, but she didn't do it, in spite of those, and she's alive with all of her body parts working as a reward.
